 NOTFALL

 Boomer, male, at most 4 years old. Height 45cm, spayed.
He is very gentle and mellow and gets beaten by other dogs.
He was pulled from a kill shelter, he was on the euthanasia list. Currently he is at another private shelter, not at Stela. Stela will take him at her place as soon as she makes some place.

At this current private shelter, the orders from the manager are that the dogs should eat very little food so they would not poop much because there are no employees to clean their poop. The dogs fight for food.
